From the MD’s desk

Being an intrinsic part of the realty fraternity for long, I am fortunate to have been exposed to a myriad mix of planning and architecture. My commitments have taken me to different shores and awakened in me the deep feeling of responsibility towards my own land. It dawned on me and my core group that preservation was an art and we needed to commemorate the past aesthetics with modern amenities. While travelling, I have been mesmerised by the combined vintage and futuristic facilities of many European buildings. I saw how closely it is related to our Group’s vision and mission of constant innovation and creativity in business. In restoring Diamond Heritage, there was a rich story to tell, but more interestingly, every step involved learning.

We took on the challenge of blending the old with the new ... a modern facility that would stand by its historical integrity. Our purpose was to renovate it, make it a tourist destination and serve the community giving them the leisure to work within. We didn’t just create office spaces, but a building harbouring phenomenal facilities, including central airconditioning, 550+ super modern car park facility in otherwise car park depleted zone. Our key performance has been that historic values remain intact. Modernity is added on, as valuable example of a new style of architecture in today’s business context.
